Movie projection: The Joan of Arc of the North

Movie projection: The Joan of Arc of the North

The 2021 film tells the story of Liv Grannes from Mosjøen who became Norway’s highest decorated woman after World War II. Her achievements (and Stalin and Churchill’s false flag operation in Helgeland) largely disappeared into history and her history was never revealed – until now. Our thanks to Council member Mr Kenneth Skaarbrevik for securing the rights from the producers to show the film, which lasts 65 minutes and is in Norwegian (with English subtitles).
