Exhibition visit: "The Edwardians, Age of Elegance"


This acclaimed exhibition of more than 300 objects at the King’s Gallery includes works by Carl Fabergé, Frederic Leighton, Rosa Bonheur, John Singer Sargent and William Morris and explores the opulence and glamour of the Edwardian age from 1863 (the wedding of Edward and Alexandra) until 1918 (the end of the First World War).
Several of the items were already shown to ANS members by fellow member David Wheeler (Senior Curator at the Royal Collection Trust) during his 2024 lecture (the photo here is also courtesy of his).
